“I would have given a good etc but unfortunately the delivery was subcontracted and I am certain ( as no one else came and the mark was conducive to the parcel) damage was caused to my car bonnet , the car being parked in my drive. They did come and look but denied being near it (the neighbour saw they parked close ) though they offered to "bring something to get the scratches out!" I declined and paid a friendly local body shop! Suggest you check the delivery companies, your products don't deserve shoddy delivery”

“I purchased the materials necessary to cap the existing fascias and replace the soffits. The materials arrived OK but at different times. When I came to carry out the work and unwrapped the materials, it became apparent that there was damage to a number of the pieces. Because I had scaffold in place for a limited period of time and it was a weekend, I had to make do, cut out the damaged areas and supplement the shortfall of materials from elsewhere. A little disappointed, to say the least. I did take photographs of the damage, but because I had to use as much of it as I could, and the job had to be completed in the allocated time frame, I didn't have the time to be returning damaged items and waiting for replacement.”

“Having now ordered 3 separate shipments from fascia.com the products are good just as described. Problem is tuffnells delivery all 3 damaged or marked in some way. Either much better packaging or change shipper.”

“After looking for the right quality products I wanted for our new extension I thought I had found them and ordered some facia and guttering only to be disappointed that the product arrived with a huge hole in the middle of the facia board, I sent them a photo of the damage and got a reply asking how much of the product I needed but that is it no more communication from the so at the time of writing this I don't know if they are to replace or what, so to summarise at the moment I am really not happy with them. I do need considrably more but will be looking else where.”
