“I would have given a very good overall rating with regard to the quick dispatch and good service until we opened the goods. One of the narrow facia boards had a crack in it but we were able to get round that by cutting the desired length we needed. Some of the corners on the facias were damaged. However, one of the facia boards was quite badly scratched. Unfortunately we did not realise this until we had cut to it fit and began to remove the plastic cover. We notice that the plastic cover was ripped but did not realise the damage underneath until it was too late and the piece had been cut to size. The damage to these board must have been whilst in your warehouse and not in transit as they were packed very well in bubble wrap! Very disappointed. Our new conservatory now has a scratched window sill that will need to be covered with something! I await to hear from you. Audrey Smith”

“We ordered a door canopy, and are very pleased with it and it enhances our front door nicely. However I have a couple of niggles. Whilst a fitting kit was supplied only 2 of the screws were long enough to fix the brackets adequately to the wall. This meant an unwanted trip to B&Q to buy an un-necessarily large pack of screws that would do the job. After this the job proceeded well but I then found that the screw caps to cover the bracket screws would not clip over the screw heads and the plastic catch plates. So I had to resort to painting the screw heads white, which works reasonably well. Another point to note, always use gloves to handle the GRP canopy. I have spent too long trying to fish out small strands of glass from various fingers.”

“The product arrived damaged, which could have been tufnells delivery. Luckily we were able to cut out the dented areas and could make do but I was not impressed with the number of dents”

“Could have been better service if the item was delivered within the time frame promised. 2-7 days was more 10 days. ordered on 15.04.16 and it arrived on 27.04.16. Shame because price and product really good. A bit disappointed.”

“Stuff turned up as ordered. Good quality mini floline guttering. Delivery charges were high though. £17 p + p. which is 2 or 3 times at least what everyone else charges.”

“Found exactly what I was looking for (drain cover/grid). Very prompt service, ordered in the afternoon and received the following day. Thought the postage was a bit steep though. A large envelope was used when possible a smaller one would have been fine and probably kept the cost down. Overall, very pleased with the service.”

“After buying the polycarbonate roof and timber support bars the delivery arrived and was slightly wrong. I contacted Fascias.com and asked for the parts missing and then was told they would look into it and phone me back to confirm what was going to happen. The hours went by no contact..so I phoned them the next day..same answer then no contact again. I then phoned the following day and was told it was another supplier who was now dealing with it. Finally arrived after all this... 5 days after phoning!”
