Everything was beautifully packaged and arrived in very good condition. My only quibble is the length of time to get here. It took 6 days to get to Evri who then delivered in 2 days. Why is it taking so long to get out of Holland? I was buying bulbs, but this would put me off buying plants.

I bulbi sono arrivati nei tempi indicati, con un packaging semplice e carino. Le brochure all'interno della scatola che descrivono le caratteristiche dei bulbi acquistati sono una bellissima trovata. Do 4 stelle solo perché non ho ancora visto i fiori germogliati. Manderò le foto questa primavera!

It should have been 5*. The 1st part of my order arrived on time with no problems or issues about time date or plant conditions. The reasons for the 4* is due to a clerical error by some one? Part of my address was missing, Hense the courier was unable to deliver the 2nd part of my order. After quite some time spent trying to contact courier & seller via email to have this error rectified, I eventually managed to resolve the problem and the second part of my order was delivered. The quality of the perennial plants where 5*. I would recommend this seller to anyone. Best regards K.

The time from order to delivery was very long, but I am told that delivery is just in time for planting. If this is true, I have no complaints. Everything delivered as ordered, waiting for next spring to see the results.

Hello, Orders are shipped seasonally which means that they are not always dealt with straight away. All varieties will only be shipped at an appropriate time for planting. Very nice packaging, but some bulbs were rotten and definitely the ranunculus tubes had fungus. Unfortunately had to throw out some of the bulbs/tubes. I also didn't know that the shipping was done with DDP, if I had know this in advance I would not have ordered. Anyway, looking forward for the flowers to bloom.

I liked the mostly paper packaging and the bulbs appeared fresh. But I'm less happy being bombarded with emails advertising more.

I love this company, but not the courier, EVRI, that they use! Parcel was dumped on the lane at the bottom of our drive, in a public place! Pure idleness on the part of the driver- PLEASE stop using this courier, otherwise I will take my business elsewhere, unfortunately...
