Bulbs look ok, nicely packed. But why,why,why do you use Hermes to deliver? About half hour notice, then you’re waiting up to 2 hours. A whole day is tied up. They just leave the parcel. No redelivery. Until you change couriers no more orders.

I bought 3 peony plants. While I would have preferred to have them delivered earlier, when they did arrive they were well packed and healthy, with signs of new growth. I would definitely use your company again.

Peony bare roots are harvested in September once they become dormant, we can only ship them at the right time for them to be lifted and that way they arrive fresh an healthy for you to plant. I bought some saffron crocus bulbs and a set of mixed peonies. All of the items seemed to be very good quality, the bulbs were large and plump and the bare root peonies looked healthy and already had small shoots. The only reason for the 4 stars not 5 is the fact that the 12 pack of peonies were listed as 3 particular varieties in very different colours. However, when they arrived, the packages in no way identified which variety was in which bag, they just all were described as “mixed”. This was a shame as I particularly wanted to plant certain colours in particular places. I guess spring will be a surprise to see what I have and where!

Review would have been 5 star but Evri ( hermes) delivered our last package of bulbs to the wrong address. Luckily the the gentleman who received them was honest and managed to track us down. Suggest delivery company are informed of their incompetence- how can you get two correct deliveries and third one wrong!!!

All crocusses, tulips, hyacinths & frittilarias top; sad to say that a lot of the narcissus bulbs were rotten.

I have made loads of purchases. Delivery always very good. Products nearly always brilliant. Orange and pink Amarylis fantastic ! Have grown pink Ranunculas amazing, but Ranuncula Clemantine only one of 10 grew. Have got more now to try. Hope they are more successful !

Generally speaking, I am happy with the products & would recommend FG to others. However, someone ion the packing department needs counting lessons as 2 of the bags recently received were 1 short of the expected number. Also while writing, I purchased 3 different Plumerias from you in the spring. One is in bloom right now, one is growing, but has no bloom and the third just rotted away. Can I get a replacement?
