“Plants arrive in good condition and in good time,I do feel it would be useful if you sent out some information to help with the growing and up keep of the plants not everyone is an expert and some help could be useful.”

“Not sure why I was asked for a review of flower bulbs as I recently purchased bare root plants? The items from farmer Gracy are always well packed for transit. Communication from the company, is good. Plants usually thrive but occasionally I have had one in a batch fail.”

“Problems with initial delivery and EVRI but when the goods arrived they were well packaged, informative cards. Tubers and bare roots look healthy… haven’t grown yet so can’t comment further. Helpful customer services which is a bonus in this day and age.”

“I have ordered from here before. I have always been happy with the plants and bulbs. I recently ordered 13 plants at some considerable cost and I was expecting a larger box than usual. I know they're bare root and only just sprouting but all 13 plants were crammed into a box that maybe 6 would have fit into. Not as carefully packed as normal. Hopefully they'll be OK. I potted them up today to grow on before planting out.”

“Helpful customer service. It’s not unusual that a group of bare roots are generally of different qualities, some very good others might be damaged or small…. So a lack of consistency. Delivery is good and packaging really nice.”

“This is the first time I’ve placed orders (2)the first has arrived reasonably packed but contents secure.
