Hello, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that there are concerns regarding the bare roots received. We recommend that these are potted in temporay pots until there is established growth. “I would have given an excellent review, other than all 5 Echinops ritro that I ordered and 1 of my Geranium ‘Rozanne’s’ arrived looking limp and look to be failing, even though they were watered & planted immediately. I have another larger order arriving soon and overall I am pleased with the plant quality and the delivery service. Thank you.”

“Good quality bulbs and service but very annoyed as after I have placed my orders with 30% discount The NEXT day I get an email offering 40%. I have been ordering from you for quite a few years now and never seem to get the best discount.”

“The dahlia tubers arrived safely thank you and were of good size and quality as well as packed safely. My only concern was that although I didn't expect immediate delivery, I did email to check on delivery as I was expecting more communication about delivery dates. However, I did receive a prompt response which was fine. Thank you.”

“Bare root plants that require potting before planting. Well packaged with attractively printed information folder. Unfortunately Evri delivery in my area is unreliable and I contacted Farmer Gracy who were brilliant and resent my order which was delivered on time. First box did eventually arrive but not in a good condition although some may survive. I'm looking forward to seeing how the plants develop as I've not had bare root plants delivered before.”
