Big delay in getting the order out this year. I understand you were waiting on some bulbs or corms to be cultivated but could have done better with updates especially when I ordered at the end of last year

Bulbs and service has always been excellent, however the agapanthus I recently had were very small and in poor condition and poor value for money

the bulbs, tubers, and bare root plants are all good. Generally the packaging is okay.... thank you for the canvas bag. Might it be possible to offer a bag that isn't very clearly designed with women in mind. Don't get me wrong, it's a very generous thing, but there's no way I could shop with that. Also.... I'm sorry, but there are just simple far, far too many emails. I feel like I'm being stalked. Sorry but you did ask..... I'll be a customer for some time. Don't worry. David

3 varieties of Colocasia purchased. Two fantastic healthy bulbs. One other variety - Mojito- very small bulb - remains to be seen if it will grow - does not look too good. Well packed with detailed instructions.

The begonias were well packed and looked very healthy They are planted so waiting for my beautiful flowers to appear. The Phlox was not so good two plants look really healthy and are growing indoors well but I have one not growing at all and one very fragile x

My success rate is 50-50. The customer service is excellent and they tend to your problems/queries quickly. What I like most is you can narrow your search to specific categories to help you decide.

I have been using FG for some time and been very pleased with items and service. I had this time, ordered Agapanthus Black Buddhist & Fireworks this time x 12 total. Sadly 40% were either vanished in their packaging or were mushed... After Contacting C/Care... they promptly replenished and re sent the bad ones to replace. ... They arrived and are in !. So thank you for living up to your customer pledge, and looking forward to buying more items soon.... These things happen Im sure, so thanks again, and I understand.

Normally I have been 100% happy with deliveries from you. This time not exactly 100, and since you asked, I will share my experience. I ordered a.o. 3x Cardiocrinum. It says size 1, to wich I cannot find any explanation, but what I got was 3 bulbs with very different size as seen in the picture. I don't know what is normal, but previous times I have seen better sized bulbs. I believe the sticker is 10 cm. As menioned, I would not have complained, but since you asked....

Order 23 March, dispatched 24, arrived I think 8 April after several telephone calls 15 days later, box completely squashed. Plants very tired but recovering except Baptisia australis and Miscanthus gracillimus

Ho fatto parecchi ordini e sono mediamente soddisfatta. Non metto il massimo semplicemente perchè l'imballo esterno del pacco non è il massimo, infatti mi arriva sempre semidistrutto nonostante i piccoli stickers di avvertenza che vengono regolarmente coperti dal corriere locale e ovviamente qualche bulbo/radice non ce la fa. Ad ogni modo devo dire che c'è molta disponibilità nel servizio post vendita.

I was pleased with the ease of ordering and packaging and delivery. However, I ordered four Dahlia tubers and up to now only three have shoots, but the fourth one has no signs of any growth at all. I hope it starts to grow but if not I will be in contact with you.

I am happy when I see a package arriving fro Farmer Gracy. Whilst the tulips and daffodils I bought last autumn are all blooming now, looking wonderful, it was dahlias this time. One of them, however was a very small tuber and it’s supposed to be the biggest flower, it was the cafe au lait rose colour. I hope it does produce some flowers. Is it meant to be so small?

I think the quality of the bulbs is top class.The one thing I think could improve is the communication.After your purchase you really have no idea when your parcel will arrive.Will it be 3,4,5 weeks you don’t know.I understand that it can be difficult to get the bulbs to the correct stage before posting but as I say a little more communication would be great

Iris tubers were in good condition when I got to unpack them. Evri courier went to the wrong address first time round and by the time the tubers were delivered we were on holiday so only got to them a week later. Just thankful they were tubers and not plants in pots. I feel you were let down by your courier unfortunately.
