“Arrived promptly as scheduled, packaged in recyclable materials. The turkey itself was probably the best I’ve ever had. Moist and succulent with wonderful flavour. Equally delicious hot and cold. Amazing sandwiches and excellent stock. Will definitely be back. Many thanks Farm2Fork”

“As usual, the goose was superbly gamey and self-evidently, well-hung, and the skin (having been rubbed with Chinese 5 spice as per Jamie Oliver's suggestion) was to die for. We estimate that we obtained about £20-25 of goose fat from the cooking process, which should keep us in flavoursome and crispy roast potatoes for many months! Not one part of the goose was wasted - the giblets and bones were/will be used to make stock and fantastic soup (with dumplings needless to say). Ollie's farming methods are to be commended and hopefully more and more of our livestock producers will emulate the traditional grass-fed methods and approach. The food might be a tad more expensive but it should be better quality and is a more humane way of rearing animals for the table. Farm2Fork highly recommended.”

“Have been using farm2fork for 3 Christmases now. Their geese are extremely high quality, always arrive on time and always very well-presented. Worth mentioning that we live quite a way away from farm2fork but have never had a problem with freshness. Thank you :)”

“I decided to buy the goose from a farm this year as I believe it is important that while alive it lives their life to the fullest it can be and thought the ethics were very good.It arrived well packed and with instructions if you haven’t cooked goose before.”

“The goose I ordered was delicious {everyone`s verdict!} It arrived on time, perfectly wrapped with the ice bags still mostly unmelted and with instructions for cooking and ideas for serving. Really good to have the giblets as they made a wonderful stock for sauce. The fat, when rendered down have produced a great future for roast potatoes Many thanks”

“Our Goose was fabulous. So succulent. Going to make my usual Goose Soup tomorrow. I have five jars of Goose fat to use throughout the year for my roast potatoes. Looking forward to next years already. The delivery was very efficient too. Thank you”
