“Goose arrived with no fat or giblets. I called and they were sent out next day which was great. The problem came on morning of 24th when the goose really started to smell!! I checked inside breast cavity and saw its had nt been cleaned properly,with bits of innards at the far end that had started to turn. I ended up taking breasts an legs off and confit them for Christmas Dinner, no ideal at all! But in fairness it was tasty. This was the third year I ve ordered a Christmas goose from Farm2Fork and the only one I ve been disappointed.”
