“Excellent service! My orders always arrive on time and are very well packed. The meat is divine and some of the best I’ve ever had. I will never go back to supermarket meat ever again, as the flavour, texture and taste of f2f is amazing, really pleased with everything I’ve ordered from them.”

“So far so good. Enjoying the produce. The delivery was seamless and arrived within a well maintained cold chain. The packaging of one of the chicken packets was nt sealed and I had a pool of blood in my fridge as it started to defrost, but other than that, all good. Thank you.”

“Ordered on Thursday 12th June but didn't arrive until Tuesday 16th which was ok but would have liked to know that. 1-3 working days is stated but with frozen stuff it's parcelled up and sent out for delivery the next day. Just need to give them a week's notice! Also when chicken breast was defrosted in the fridge there was a small hole in the packaging which resulted in a trail of juice around the kitchen. This hole may have also compromised the product but as it was just for us this time, I ignored it and cooked as usual.”

“Healthy food from healthy animals. You can't beat that taste! Our first box has arrived (on time) and we are rediscovering the taste of lamb, beef and chicken. Before ordering, we had a few questions. Ollie answered the phone and graciously helped us out. When it arrived, our order was nicely packed and each item was ckearly labelled. A happy new experience all round. Thank you.”

“I ordered 5kg of "Beef Marrow Bones" specifically for the marrow, paying £40 with the expectation of receiving marrow-rich bones. Unfortunately, the bones were not cut to expose the marrow, and I ended up with barely a spoonful – making this by far the most expensive marrow I've ever purchased. The item title is quite misleading. While the product description suggests it’s suitable for broth, the title implies a marrow-rich product, which it is not. Even after reading the details, I expected significantly more accessible marrow than what I received. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially since quality marrow is hard to come by. Sadly, this won’t be the source I turn to in the future.”
