“We have been looking for a light weight but large capacity water jug for ages and this is perfect. I initially bought the seconds version and was disappointed in how flawed it was. Contacted Falcon who offered to replace it immediately. Decided to go for full price version (paid the difference) - Falcon super responsive via email, process very smooth and easy, delivery fast. Excellent customer service.”

“Good quality and really pleased, I purchased some items including a mug and a side plate as I run an Instagram foodie pages based on wartime meals and treats and these work perfectly for my presentation giving that wartime feel and extra costing. I love them.”

“The products are great and really well made. I’m really pleased with them and would recommend. However I would not recommend DHL as a delivery service and they were awful and my products went backwards and forwards to the warehouse”

“Beautiful, simple and comforting, Falcon bakeware says home to me. Not only do the tins look good but I now won't try and make a crumble in anything else. The tins cook the best crumbles both savoury and sweet. Customer services are also very good, replacing two of my tins without fuss or bother giving me the confidence to spend another £200 with them - thank you Falcon.”

“I bought a large water jug and little jug to use as a gravy jug in the seconds and they are so beautiful, can’t really tell they’re seconds, they feel like really good quality and are timeless (and my/my kids can’t break them!). Very happy, would like to buy more bits!”
