“Very happy with my purchases! Got 2 each of pint pitcher and the 3-pint larger pitcher----great selection of colors too! Gave them as gifts and used them for fresh flowers; they were much appreciated.”

“The pitcher is really beautiful and well made. My only disappointment was that it is smaller than I thought it would be and I was shocked when I saw how much the shipping was. I hit buy when I saw the shipping cost. Because I would have canceled the order had I seen that first.”

“I like the style, unfortunately the product must have been tossed around too much as paint as paint chips landed in my lap on unwrapping. I am disappointed in the product . Yes I know it was imperfect piece but this is far worse than I expected.. especially with price and shipping costs. Sorry won't ever order again”

“It’s cute. It’s a little clunkier than I expected. But the color is nice and vibrant, and it will serve the purpose that I bought it for. The shipping took forever and beware the shipping costs! If I had realized how much I was spending on shipping, I probably would not have ordered it.”

“Surprisingly elegant and high quality. This is not the tinny enamelware of your campground youth. The coating feels thick and smooth and the color is rich. It seems like it will hold up for a long time. It’s not cheap however, and shipping to the US is quite costly. But so far I don’t regret my purchase.”

“Purchase was a gift, so I can't speak to the actual enamelware. It did take quite a long time to ship to the U.S., nearly three weeks total. Never actually received any kind of notification that it had been delivered from Falconl; it was necessary to track through FedEx but that's all the notification received.”

“The color is beautiful and the pitcher is perfectly balanced. I did notice a 1/4 inch white color on the dark green handle of the pitcher. A flaw, I presume. I included that in the photo below.”

“The product is great. The delivery is SUPER expensive and took forever. When I opened I realized I wanted a bigger cup. But, the return policy is such that it only gives you 14 days from date of purchase to return! Well, it took at least 3 weeks to receive them , so there was no way to return! Will not purchase from them again.”

“After waiting 3 weeks for the item I ordered it finally arrived. It appeared to be a return, based on the poor packaging. When I opened the package and examined the product, it was clear that the spout was cracked and there was no enamel on it. Now I’m attempting to return it but the shipping is about $40.”

Hi Mark, Apologies for the damaged item you received, I am afraid that occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. As mentioned in my email to you, I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you which will be dispatched tomorrow. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. If you don’t want to use it for consumption, I recommend using it for storage or as a plant pot.
