The lid of my teapot developed Ruston the inside with a couple of uses. This was replaced with a new teapot, not just the lid. The new lid has areas on it inside which will rust as the enamel is incomplete. The outside of the lid has a spot on it which has no enamel on it at all. I was impressed with the customer service but am extremely unhappy to find out that that this product is made in China not in Great Britain.

Love the enamelware, just was not in love with the color. I tried to send it back for a refund and the shipping back would have cost triple the amount of the product. Disappointed with customer service. Great product.

I buyer at the eu online shop; you say at the shop, "within all taxes". so I did it the Nice valentine gift. a litte bit of porto was o.k. but now, I gat an bill from Fedex, with another paying of taxes.... so I payed, the englisch tax and the German, thank you so much! its more I payed if I would buy it here. its not notable in your shop that the conditions are like this i´ll never buy from this shop; I regret it , also for you, cause I like your stuff so much, but can't buy an also can't make a gift to this conditions.

Hi Anke, Thank you for your order. We don't charge any taxes as being in Europe you are exempt from our taxes. You are being charged a customs & duty fee which is due in your importing country. It is a charge collected by the courier for the importing country and does not come back to us. We made an order 12354 on Jan, 21, 2022. After a couple of weeks of use, the tumbler was damaged, outside and inside. Pieces of enamel just broke off. These dishes were intended for the baby. We are very disappointed.

I was really disappointed on both range and price. I was bought a gift voucher back in August and the colourways that I would have bought were all out of stock, and remained so even though I kept checking back. I also think the prices are way too high for what the products are. The items are chose are as described and arrived promptly in good packaging, but I would never have bought them for myself.

Hi Amy, Thank you for your order. As mentioned in our email, since Brexit in January 2021 all international shipments are liable to pay a customs fee. This fee is collected by the courier for the importing country and is not a charge that is returned to us. We state this across our website and on your confirmation email. Usually love Falcon products but it seems that ordering post-Brexit is going to be an issue. Order placed 28/11, items still not received. Tracking has stated missing customs info and status has not changed for days.

Hi Sinead, We have been in contact with FedEx who confirmed no actions are needed either at our end or yours, the delay is caused by inbound clearance issues following Brexit, Unions Customer Code (UCC) and VAT21 changes, but they assure us that FedEx teams are working diligently to clear the backlog as swiftly as possible. The glasses are great. One of them arrived with a huge chip. I emailed about the issue and haven't received a response. I paid $25 for shipping so the overall cost is pretty extreme for a damaged product.

The Falcon piece I ordered was exactly what I wanted; almost. The reason I purchased Falcon was that I wanted quality and safety in the product. When I turned the piece over and read Made in China, I was horrified. I don't care how much oversite Falcon has over products produced in China, they should not be made there! Is it for cheap labor? Shame on you if it is. No, I will not purchase from you again until you manufacture a quality product in the USA!

this 3litre jug looks like poor quality and was probaly a second . The red colour was coming close to orange and on the handle metal could be seen through the paint.A disappionting purchase.Regards SM Cook

Disappointing to see such a high end brand with their name making their products in China, is there really no factory in the Midlands capable of making this?

The Falcon Enamelware is not an uk made product but china stuff. If you ask for the newsletter and discount code for the first order by falcon eu the button doesn't work. After 3 request I got it by a request to the customer service. The tax is so high for shipping to the Netherlands you have to count 1 third extra above the bill from Falcon. So the discount is actually a drop. When you give tips to the customer service to give better information on their site do not count on feedback.

Brexit made this purchase a bad experience, ruined it. 188€ Enamelware + 60€ additional custom fees... customer support afterwards rather non-interested. Optical impression good, no hands on experience yet Brexit hat diesen Kauf ruiniert. Zu 188€ Ware kamen noch einmal 60€ Zollgebühren. Der Kundensupport im Anschluss war leider desinteressiert/ teilnahmslos. Produkte optisch top, Praxis muss sich noch zeigen.

Dear Rodrigo, All our orders ship from our warehouse in the UK. Due to change in regulation, all International orders are subject to customs and duty charges associated with the importation of the products; these costs, borne by the customer, will typically be recharged by the shipping company and are dependant on the importing country.

The Pie Set Pigeon Grey arrived soiled with rims not fully rolled, leaving sharp edges all around. We were out of town when the package arrived, and therefore missed the strict 14 day return policy. They look like they are repackaged prior returns. The other 3 items I ordered arrived clean with properly rolled rims, and so I know that these are defective pans. I am displeased that I cannot return the Pie Set, which was rather expensive.
