“Brexit made this purchase a bad experience, ruined it. 188€ Enamelware + 60€ additional custom fees... customer support afterwards rather non-interested. Optical impression good, no hands on experience yet Brexit hat diesen Kauf ruiniert. Zu 188€ Ware kamen noch einmal 60€ Zollgebühren. Der Kundensupport im Anschluss war leider desinteressiert/ teilnahmslos. Produkte optisch top, Praxis muss sich noch zeigen.”

Dear Rodrigo, All our orders ship from our warehouse in the UK. Due to change in regulation, all International orders are subject to customs and duty charges associated with the importation of the products; these costs, borne by the customer, will typically be recharged by the shipping company and are dependant on the importing country.

“The Pie Set Pigeon Grey arrived soiled with rims not fully rolled, leaving sharp edges all around. We were out of town when the package arrived, and therefore missed the strict 14 day return policy. They look like they are repackaged prior returns. The other 3 items I ordered arrived clean with properly rolled rims, and so I know that these are defective pans. I am displeased that I cannot return the Pie Set, which was rather expensive.”

“These are gorgeous cups, but we bought them for use by our kids. The very first time they fell onto a laminate floor the enamel shattered off the cup. To us it seems the enamel is not so hard-wearing as you would expect.”

“Shipping from the UK was extremely fast, especially considering COVID. Falconware is highly recommended and rated on line. Unfortunately, I found the rims of the dinnerware plates and bowls to be sharp underneath and not rounded. Although they do not cut skin, they definitely can scratch and are sharp and for me, a design feature that will stop me from ordering again.”

Hello, Please accept my apologies for the damaged item you received, I am afraid that occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. As mentioned in the email sent to you earlier today, we will get a replacement dispatched this week. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. “the website crashed part way through my order and I ended up with duplicates. when I tried to return them, following the rather casual system they have, they SENT THEM BACK TO ME, I have yet to receive a refund. The set I kept, the big bowl chipped on the first use.”

“Nice classic looking mug. My biggest issue is the location of the manufacturing. It’s made in China and I didn’t realize that until after I received the mug. I was told by another buyer that your products were British made! I looked on your website and couldn’t find out where the manufacturing was done so I went on faith then ordered my mug. Now knowing that it’s not made in the UK 🇬🇧 but made in China by low paid workers that’s dictated by a totalitarian communist government! I’ll never buy another product from Falcon. My 115 year old Swiss made enameled mug is much better and has a history.”
