“One option only for shipping, even tho item purchased thru Faconware USA it shipped from UK. Shipping cost nearly 75% of item cost. Only option was Fed Ex 2 day whIch then became Fed Ex 7 day, without refund offered. Item was then apparently back ordered, again without notice. Though I ordered well before the birthday of the recipient it was still late. I am told the item is lovely, and I believe it is. However I will not be ordering from this company again due to lack of transparency regarding shipping and it’s exorbitantly cost.”

“I ordered a huge order from Falcon, and apparently I needed to pay a fee of around 13% to FedEx. I did not know that and it should appear right at the check out section, so I can know what is the final amount I will pay. Overall the products are high quality but the service was not as good. I emailed and the answer I got was "it is written in our terms and conditions so we cannot help". A high-level service would never email answer like that.”

“So impressed with the quality of the products I ordered. They came immaculately packaged and are strobing and sturdy and feel really durable. Ive already baked a cake in the loaf tin and the jug is brightening my kitchen table with some flowers. Would definitely purchase more.”

“I ordered a loaf tin , a brownie tin and a teapot. The brownie tin and teapot were great ! The teapot is a great pourer and they can go in the dishwasher. Unfortunately the loaf tin arrived chipped - it had been properly packaged but somehow it had been damaged. I emailed Falcon and the service was excellent! They immediately emailed me back and sorted it all out. I highly recommend Falcon - great products and service. Many thanks”

“I've had my eye on the loaf tin and baking tin for some time now but couldnt quite justify the price!, when lockdown started and I knew we'd be baking I took advantage of the 20% offer and indulged myself. Both tins came well packaged and arrived almost immediately. The tins are a fantastic colour - tomato red, solid enamel, very sturdy and have already had great use. I'm delighted with both of them.”

“I ordered other enamel dinnerware from the big A Box store. Half of my order was canceled or out of stock and they would not let me cancel the rest. So I searched the web and found Falcon Enamelware! I ordered the PillarBox Red. OMG! I absolutely love it. I made my order on Monday night and by Wednesday afternoon I had my whole order. My order shipped from Great Britain to Idaho USA. It took 3 weeks to get all my pieces from the other USA company. My dishes are heavy weight solid, blemish free and awesome! I am about to order more! I just wish they had pots and pans. Thanks Falcon for my enamelware!”
