The top on the teapot could use a bit of redesign, as it is not easy to grab or hold - the button top is hard to get a grip on. But I love this stuff. Hi Sinead, We have been in contact with FedEx who confirmed no actions are needed either at our end or yours, the delay is caused by inbound clearance issues following Brexit, Unions Customer Code (UCC) and VAT21 changes, but they assure us that FedEx teams are working diligently to clear the backlog as swiftly as possible.
