“Absolutely adore my new enamelware. Having seen the green mugs at hotel we were staying in, I bought them and some other bits for our self catering holiday. Perfect, stylish and ideal for a cuppa on the move. Love the range and will be buying more. Thank you!”

“The glasses are great. One of them arrived with a huge chip. I emailed about the issue and haven't received a response. I paid $25 for shipping so the overall cost is pretty extreme for a damaged product.”

We apologise that you received a damaged item but sometimes that does happen during delivery. We would always offer to replace or refund an item that arrived damaged. “I love my enamelware set so much they’ve inspired me to try new recipes just so I can use them all the time! They look chic and traditional all at once and make me feel I live in a country kitchen in the Mediterranean. All this from a set of pans probably means I need to get out more….”

“My sister clued me in on Falcon. Not sure how I lived this long without Falcon Enamelware. The prep set comes in perfect sizes and the individual pie dishes = Love! I have yet to use the 3q and 2q pitchers but have no fear that they will do the job I ask of them. From a customer service standpoint...selection, transaction, and shipment to received were excellent.”

“I love the falcon enamelware. I have only one criticism.. the handles of the mugs I have bought get too hot to hold when I have a hot drink which obviously is not that great for a mug! Everything else though is great.”

“What a pleasure to do business with Falcon. I waited for my favorite plates to restock, was notified (as promised) when they were available and three days later I was serving a picnic dinner on them in the backyard. Excellent service and I thank you for making my sunmer a bit more pleasurable.”
