“Nice product, but customer service made us feel like they had done us a favour by not charging us postage to Europe, which we had to ask to be refunded to us after it was added on erroneously, even though it was clearly stated on the website that that was the case.”

“The Pie Set Pigeon Grey arrived soiled with rims not fully rolled, leaving sharp edges all around. We were out of town when the package arrived, and therefore missed the strict 14 day return policy. They look like they are repackaged prior returns. The other 3 items I ordered arrived clean with properly rolled rims, and so I know that these are defective pans. I am displeased that I cannot return the Pie Set, which was rather expensive.”

“I recently bought some kitchenware, spoons, from Falcon and was very impressed at the quick response from them letting me know that my order was on it's way and that the money had been received. In a very short time, a mere few days, my product arrived and I am thrilled with my spoons. I am only sorry they don't have any more utensils in their range. I have already shown them to a friend who is keen to get some of the utensils for herself. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others. Sincerely Heather”

“Excellent product. Need a wider range of sizes of enamel ware. Pity there is a very hard to remove sticker on the bottom of each item stating Made in China. Can't you find a UK manufacturer to match your long heritage”

“I love our new enamelware. It looks to be great quality and I am very satisfied with the aesthetics. Unfortunately, it's not quite up to the challenge of being handled by a toddler and dropped on tiled/stone flooring - there are already a number of chips. Luckily no sharp edges, so still usable, I guess it adds character.”

“My entire kitchen is made up of Falcon Ware! Somehow it makes all my food taste better. It will be passed on to my kids someday, that’s how well made it is. It’s worth every penny!”
