“Ordered on the 29th March, was advised that in a couple of days my fusebox would arrive as they were short.. had to chase the order on the 12th April (needed it on site for the 13th April.

“I bought 3x V-TAC outside lights in the summer. By December 2 had failed and a few weeks later the 3rd failed as well.
I contacted Falcon who said they wanted the old ones returned before they would supply replacement or refund. As I didn’t want to leave bare wires outside I no option other than to order and pay for replacements and then return the faulty ones once I’d fitted replacements. Upon receipt of the faulty ones Falcon were to issue me a refund. This whole process took until February due to stock problems getting replacements and delays issuing the refund.
The product itself is awful but the service from Falcon wasn’t great either.”
“Placed an order for a light on 7th January, was delivered damaged on the 11th, I was told to keep the useless light and a refund would be issued, contacted them a couple of times and was told at first refund had been delayed due to investigation with courier, after leaving it some time again I contacted them again to be told refund was approved but can take around 10 days, it's now approaching a month on and as it stands I've paid for a light that arrived not fit for purpose and still no refund in sight!”
“Un- Helpful I wanted to return my item as it came with no plug , They do not have a Helpful return policy and it would have been expensive to return !So I am stuck with it !!”

“Ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it's still not arrived. Critically there has been no communication whatsoever. When I called a week into the order I was told it would be with me by the end of the following week but it isn't. Unsurprising since the person I spoke to couldn't have sounded more disinterested”
