Used this supplier for a particular product that I required and was advised when calling that it was in stock. Purchased and went to collect the day before I required to find they were not in stock and had only been ordered in the same day, this caused an additional trip from Wakefield to Leeds to collect but also a second trip to Whitby to install loosing a whole second day and cost of fuel, it made the job quoted turn into a loss. Unlikely I will use this supplier again, just wished Screwfix stocked the items I required.

The items have not been fitted yet , but the delivery service is absolute shocking, arrived 9 days after ordering, i even called to chase up my delivery and was give a date when they would turn up , which was false. they will probably blame the carrier.

Order No FE8214. I ordered the floor lamp on the Monday. A light arrived in the Wednesday but completely wrong light. I emailed your customer services stating so with a picture of the light sent. Bathroom flush. No reply so I phone later that day. She said you need to give a photo. I did!! I emailed it over. Ohh! I will reply re email. She did asking when suitable to pick up. I said sat/sun. No reply to that on Wednesday or Thursday. I phoned Friday. Was told she had to contact dispatch. I will email you. 19.30 Friday and nothing. Bear in mind I need a return label. I still have no idea where my floor lamp is or when it's getting delivered. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Hopefully this gets me an answer.

Save yourself a headache and do not order from this company. Total incompetence. Placed an order on Monday for a Fusebox board with 14 RCBOs. Called upon placing order to confirm stock and assured next day delivery. Tuesday, the order arrives, missing 3 or the 14 RCBOs. I called, was told it was a packing error, confirmed the missing breakers and told they’d be delivered the next day. Wednesday, another delivery arrives. 2 RCBOs, still one short of the whole order. Called again, and told it was yet another packing error and would be dispatched for a pre 12 delivery on Thursday. Thursday today, 11.55pm at the time of writing. Still no delivery. Called at 1pm and was told they’d need to check with the courier and come back to me. As I’m sure you can guess, no call back, nor delivery. The manager is always out, or in a meeting. It’s pointless asking or waiting for a callback, as it’ll never come. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company like the plague if you value your time or reputation of your business when buying to install for an end-user.

Ordered a shower unit on 24/6/24 - website showed delivery the following Tuesday. It actually arrived on 20/7/24. I had already had to source one elsewhere as it was required urgently. Not impressed, will not be using you again.

Still waiting for the correct item to be delivered to the correct address after making payment eight days ago. Service, delivery and communication is not good

Ordered on the 29th March, was advised that in a couple of days my fusebox would arrive as they were short.. had to chase the order on the 12th April (needed it on site for the 13th April. All promises and all lies.

I bought 3x V-TAC outside lights in the summer. By December 2 had failed and a few weeks later the 3rd failed as well. I contacted Falcon who said they wanted the old ones returned before they would supply replacement or refund. As I didn’t want to leave bare wires outside I no option other than to order and pay for replacements and then return the faulty ones once I’d fitted replacements. Upon receipt of the faulty ones Falcon were to issue me a refund. This whole process took until February due to stock problems getting replacements and delays issuing the refund. The product itself is awful but the service from Falcon wasn’t great either.

Placed an order for a light on 7th January, was delivered damaged on the 11th, I was told to keep the useless light and a refund would be issued, contacted them a couple of times and was told at first refund had been delayed due to investigation with courier, after leaving it some time again I contacted them again to be told refund was approved but can take around 10 days, it's now approaching a month on and as it stands I've paid for a light that arrived not fit for purpose and still no refund in sight!

Un- Helpful I wanted to return my item as it came with no plug , They do not have a Helpful return policy and it would have been expensive to return !So I am stuck with it !!

Ordering online was very easy. Trade counter experience was unbelievable. Total disorganisation in every area. Shame .. let you down. Have a big project but can't wait in a trade counter for so long and experience that shambles again

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it's still not arrived. Critically there has been no communication whatsoever. When I called a week into the order I was told it would be with me by the end of the following week but it isn't. Unsurprising since the person I spoke to couldn't have sounded more disinterested
