The communication was very poor the only time I got any information on delivery dates was if I chased the order up.”
“They had what I needed at a good price. But the cheapest shipping was nine pounds when it could have been sent in the post for less than two pounds. Disproportionately high cost of shipping for a low value item.”

“After initially being told that the items were in stock with a 3 day delivery I made my payment then waited. Eventually after almost 2 weeks I contacted again and was informed that they weren't in stock. I was offered a full refund but decided to wait the 6 weeks till delivery. Anyhow they arrived almost as told . So after the initial mess up the service was fine”
“I have made a few orders from Falcon. Delivery and products have been excellent, but on my last order one item was missing. I contacted them right away and a couple of days later and they have not yet replied or sent the missing item and for that I have deducted 2 stars”
“In terms of getting material out in a reasonable time then very good but I accidently split my order which ment paying twice the delivery charge although going to one address. After emailimg to explain this i had no reply and no refund. Customer services could be better.”

Unfortunately the parcel also contained a panel which I did not need. i have unable to get an answer to my telephone calls after eight attempts, so I would be grateful for some help in that area.”
