“OK the stuff arrived but it was only sent only after a 12 day delay, and I had to send another email asking where it was. Which was (I suppose) why they finally sent it”

“The Product was fine, and whilst I understand that the stock issues were not the fault of Falcon, The communication was very poor the only time I got any information on delivery dates was if I chased the order up.”

“They had what I needed at a good price. But the cheapest shipping was nine pounds when it could have been sent in the post for less than two pounds. Disproportionately high cost of shipping for a low value item.”

“goods arrived on time . 1 unit short still no update when coming . 13 units of wrong product delivered still awaiting correct product being delivered”

“After initially being told that the items were in stock with a 3 day delivery I made my payment then waited. Eventually after almost 2 weeks I contacted again and was informed that they weren't in stock. I was offered a full refund but decided to wait the 6 weeks till delivery. Anyhow they arrived almost as told . So after the initial mess up the service was fine”

“I have made a few orders from Falcon. Delivery and products have been excellent, but on my last order one item was missing. I contacted them right away and a couple of days later and they have not yet replied or sent the missing item and for that I have deducted 2 stars”

“In terms of getting material out in a reasonable time then very good but I accidently split my order which ment paying twice the delivery charge although going to one address. After emailimg to explain this i had no reply and no refund. Customer services could be better.”

“My order was out of stock,but wasn't informed,so delivery date came and went,so a phoned a few days later and they said it'll be send today and you'll get it tomorrow,which i did,but i think £7.50 postage is too much for a lightweight roll of cable,especially when it's a few days late.”

“Always a queue, but took 20 mins to get to the counter. As I ordered on line it then took another 15mins to find my order once I'd given the ref no . Loads of staff milling about so not sure what the delay was??”

“I was pleased to find the replacement keypad which I had been searching for in Falcon. Unfortunately the parcel also contained a panel which I did not need. i have unable to get an answer to my telephone calls after eight attempts, so I would be grateful for some help in that area.”
