Placed an order for a light on 7th January, was delivered damaged on the 11th, I was told to keep the useless light and a refund would be issued, contacted them a couple of times and was told at first refund had been delayed due to investigation with courier, after leaving it some time again I contacted them again to be told refund was approved but can take around 10 days, it's now approaching a month on and as it stands I've paid for a light that arrived not fit for purpose and still no refund in sight!
