“Very fast service and the best price on the internet. Great service from Falson Electrical however FedEx who delivered the package were terrible - could not re-arrange, difficult to actually speak to someone - deliveries should not be this difficult. 5 stars for Falson 0 stars for FedEx - please consider a different delivery company”

“I get the parts I needed to via delivery and havnt had no issues with this side. Fast amd reliable. Invoicing is abit slacking. Proper vat invoices need to be sent and I keep having to chase for them Other than that a good reliable service”

“After an initial, unexplained delay in the despatch of my item, my enquiry revealed that it was not in stock in the colour ordered. Immediately after I agreed to accept an alternative, Falcon received delivery of the correct one and immediately offered me next-day delivery from the new stock. The correct item was received as promised. Well done - and thanks.”
