“When I received the parcel, 8 RCBOs were missing. I called your office, but they denied that anything was missing. They even sent me photos of the delivery driver as proof. I called again, and this time I was told to come to the branch to collect the missing items. Later, they agreed to send them to me instead. This was a very disappointing experience and the customer service was terrible.”
