I bought 3x V-TAC outside lights in the summer. By December 2 had failed and a few weeks later the 3rd failed as well. I contacted Falcon who said they wanted the old ones returned before they would supply replacement or refund. As I didn’t want to leave bare wires outside I no option other than to order and pay for replacements and then return the faulty ones once I’d fitted replacements. Upon receipt of the faulty ones Falcon were to issue me a refund. This whole process took until February due to stock problems getting replacements and delays issuing the refund. The product itself is awful but the service from Falcon wasn’t great either.
