“Not happy received damaged 100 amp 3 phase Switch fuse and had to purchase another one as Falcon would not replace it until the damaged one was returned told it would be picked up the next day and if I purchased another that wails Also arrive next day , only the damage one wasn’t picked up and the nee one that I had to pay for again was not delivered, paying for a nee one wasn’t the issue not receiving it the next day was as I have had to rearrange work not already booked in ………rang up to chase and only told if I want to complain send a email in …..won’t use again from now on due to the attitude of the sales staff, I even asked for a pre 9 am which was a NO not possible pre 12 best”

“Ordered some strip lighting with 13 spotlights and additional fittings which were well-priced and delivered promptly. When the electrician fitted everything, he found that two of the spots didn't work, so I contacted customer service the following day, and still have nothing resolved a month later?”

“ORDERED GOODS ON 5th APRIL AND EVENTUALLY RECEIVED ON 19th APRIL. HAD TO MAKE FEW CHASE-UP CALLS TO RECEIVE IT. INITIALLY Texecom HAA-0001 WAS WRONGLY PRICED.”

“Bought electrical items for a job I'm doing. Turns out that some items are listed as in stock but aren't when it comes to dispatch. So left with stuff missing which I had to buy locally to complete the job. Then get badgered for a review before I've received the rest of my order.”

“Quick delivery however the model of optical smoke detector delivered was different to the model advertised and which I had paid for... just check the photo of the item procured versus the photo of the item that was delivered.”

“GOOD STOCKIST OF ITEMS, DELAY ON DELIVERY DUE TO XMAS. THE BOX MOUNTED ONTO 160ATPN SWITCH FUSE AS DESIGNED. BUT IF BUY GOODS FROM THEM THAT ARE FAULTY OR NEED REPLACING IN THE GUARANTEE PERIOD WHICH IS THEIR PROBLEM TO SORT, RETURN TO MANUFACTURE! UNDER TRADING STANDARDS AND WARRANTEE IT IS THEIR PROBLEM TO SORT, NOT THE CUSTOMER'S.”

“The dispatch and delivery were fine. But after talking to my electrician, I realised I had to return the item. I couldn't find a returns form and instructions on your website, so I phoned. I was told I would be sent a form by email. This has not happened”
