“Used this supplier for a particular product that I required and was advised when calling that it was in stock. Purchased and went to collect the day before I required to find they were not in stock and had only been ordered in the same day, this caused an additional trip from Wakefield to Leeds to collect but also a second trip to Whitby to install loosing a whole second day and cost of fuel, it made the job quoted turn into a loss. Unlikely I will use this supplier again, just wished Screwfix stocked the items I required.”
