“The special edition books are always stunning. And the items are very high quality, even if I don’t always know the fandom and therefore don’t really use these items.”

“Amazing service!!! I was a little skeptical on doing these as I feared that it would never work well for me. Though I’ve had minor issues (tracking not working and some damages) fairyloot have always been great at responding and helping. Though I do wish that they would place author letters with the prints so that they would be better protected 🥺”

“They put a lot of work in ideas for bookish items, some items repeat but differ in style, good for collectors. Also, designs of books are moře sophisticated with each month (love foil design on hardcover). If any problem, their response is quick and they constantly inform about new surprises, news, but also delays on their website and social medias.”

“Hi! Thank you for asking for my feedback! Overall I'm happy with my Fairyloot boxes so far, I don't give 5/5 only for two reasons, the first one is the lack of communication around the new taxes between UK and UE entering in force on the 1st of July and the second one is totally personal, I was disappointed by the book in the April Box as I thought It would be The Lost Apothecary! But May's box is absolutely gorgeous so keep going! Have a nice day :)”

“Your customer service is really good! I always get fast & helpful answers. I get always helped well , please keep this good service ! :) The prize of your boxes is a bit too high in compare with the items. There are items from time to time that seem super cheap and aren’t high quality & for me it could be easily one little more item for the prize. Maybe you could either change something in the prize , give one more little item in each box or improve the quality of the items. But all in all I really love your boxes & am a happy subscriber!”

“I have loved the books and almost all the merch received so far. I also love the special editions and am looking forward to several to come this year. However, there have been website crashes previously that do make me nervous regarding this.”

“I love Fairyloot. The books are fantastic and the attention to detail is amazing. The only reason this isn't 5/5 is I wish they did a "Book-Only" box - as the items that come with the book are gorgeous but I don't have room for them all.”

“I love the fairyloot box. I was on the waitlist for so long and when I got the subscription I was so happy. For the price and what you get is crazy. I pay £50 for another book box and I'm never excited for it now that I have fairyloot. The customer service is outstanding, polite friendly and quick to respond.. It would be 5* if the delivery was quicker i got my may box last week, as much as I loved it. I was sad it came that late.. other than that I love FL”

“Love the subscription! I wish there were more candles and prints instead of cutlery tho. I like how you advance the theme and how well put together are the boxes, and let’s not forget about the amazing customisations, I love the stencil edges! I wish we didn’t have to wait a whole month for the box, I.e: it’s mid June and I’m still waiting for my may box, but it’s understandable due to COVID, the Suez Canal debacle and brexit.”

“The boxes are normally nice, but sometimes I feel like some of the fandoms are maybe too unknown, so in some months I end up with no fandoms I know. I would also love to get more cups since they are beautifully designed and very useful. Thei customer service is great.”

“I really love the Fairyloot boxes and special editions. The only little critique that I have is that I've been subscribed for 5 boxes now and only 2 have actually been on time. And twice now they forgot to put in item in the boxes. They shipped them out when I contacted them about it though. But besides that I love it”
