Fairyloot provides great customization in their books, all the editions are well put togheter. Extra content or features like signatures and in-bound letters are always a plus. Customer service is always nice and willing to help you. I'd raise my vote to 5 stars if they increased the amount of skips available for their subscription boxes.

I absolutely love when I new Fairyloot arrives, unboxing a new pretty hardback is the highlight of my day. If I had one criticism it would be that there seems to be a lot of romantacy in the adult only box (even though there is a specifically romantacy box) which isn’t necessarily my thing, but that might just be because that’s what’s popular at the moment.

In general, FairyLoot is a great book subscription company if you enjoy the genres they offer. You not only get beautifully crafted books on the outside, but also amazing stories within. The only downside is that the books can sometimes arrive slightly damaged, which is a pity given their quality and collectible value.

I love everything about fairyloot. From the customer support to the special editions everything is spectacular. I just wish you’d go back to actual signed editions and not digital signatures. One of the best things about fairyloot was the hand signed editions. Now it’s all digital signatures and most of the books don’t even have a signature anymore. If the book isn’t going to be signed at least reduce its price a little. It’s a shame that hand signed and digital signed and not signed books are all the same price.

Finding a Fairy Loot box in my mailbox every month was always a treat! It felt like Christmas morning when I got home from work. Some of the books I received were average and my bookcase started to get full of tchotchkes of books I've never read.

I love majority of both the YA and adult FL books I get. They are always beautiful. The only thing that has brought it down are some of the "adult" picks just aren't. There are soooo many options out there that would be better than what is picked. I think there could be improvement there. Other than that I love my subscription.

The books are beautiful and most times are completely different from original print. I miss getting a suprise paperback from time to time.

I love my Fairyloot subscription! It is literally the highlight of my month! The books are beautiful. I love how much detail they put in their books. The items are good quality and mostly useful. I recommend for any book lover, collector or fantasy lover!

I always look forward to receiving my FairyLoot box and discovering what fantastic books and unique items will arrive each month. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the last few boxes have arrived late due to delays with items

I think a lot of people will continue to enjoy this service. There's a bit of everything and if it features a fandom you love, then there's lots to enjoy about it! I've had a few hits and misses, particularly if there's lots of fandoms in one box that I'm not a part of, but I can see the merit for those that love them!

The boxes are amazing and I love receiving it every month, all of the stuff is such high quality and the books are gorgeous. The customer service is really great, they are very quick to reply. The only negative is that there are often months where the box is significantly delayed. I appreciate it's not always down to them but it can be frustrating when its weeks late. That being said they are very good at communicating with us when there are delays :)

Overall I love Fairyloot. Their customizations are gorgeous. My only criticisms would be that I have had some items turn up damaged or have been missing. They have been happy to replace these though.

I always enjoy getting these boxes. Delivery can sometimes be slow and I’m not a big fan of paying for 2 boxes before I’ve even received one. The items are usually good, you get the odd month we’re items are very much ‘paper’ then other months you get a box full of great items. So overall I like the boxes and the books are always great customisations that always make up for a month that’s abit lacking.

I love the customisation of the books I like the bookish items though prefer the more generic items rather than the items based on fandoms as often they are not fandoms I follow. I don’t like the tarot cards as I have no use for them and they are again based on fandom that don’t mean much to me. I would much prefer these if they where building a set of playing cards. I would like to see more stationary items in the boxes notebooks, letter writing sets, list pads, pens, pencils. I appreciate you are a small business but sometimes it is disappointing when special edition are sold out quickly or in the resent case of the new adult subscription by the time I was able to sign up a few hours after the email was dropped all subscription slots where already sold out . I understand that this is because as a small business you are limited in your print runs and the other items are limited and don’t want a surplus if you increased your print runs and order of bookish orders, though I don’t think this would be the case as I think presently demand is greater than supply, or they could be sold as individuals items in the fairy trove I know I would sometimes like to buy some of the book editions and other items as as gifts for friends and would buy them through the fairy trove if they where some available after each box had come out.

Fairyloot as a book subscription has definitely been improving over the years. The book design and specialisations have been outstanding. You can always rely on the Fairyloot quality on that front. The only thing holding me back from giving a full 5⭐️ is that the items are very much lacklustre. The quality is often hit or miss, and in the world of trying to be more sustainable, most of the items sebt I have no real use for. But the price difference between the book only and full box are not worth changing. But overall, I am very impressed and love getting it!

I absolutely love Fairyloot it has genuinely become the highlight of my month receiving the subscription box. The quality of the items is incredible and we'll worth the cost of subscription. The exclusive books every month are absolutely stunning, the sprayed edges and end papers are small works of art! The staff are fast to respond to questions or issues and very friendly. I only take 1 star off because of the delivery company they chose to use for shipping. I've had several issues with my boxes and deliveries but understand that's not Fairyloots fault also

The books are always beautiful and amazing. The boxes themselves can be a bit hit or miss sometimes, but that’s purely my opinion. Ones person’s junk is another person’s treasure as the saying goes. So those items I don’t find particularly exciting someone else may be ecstatic about

I love most of the things, however I would urge FL to stop using tarot cards. Here is the review I have and will continue to attach to all FL reviews: I think this is an opportunity to have a discussion about tarot cards. Although I am not Romani and therefore cannot speak for them, I would like to amplify the voices of Romani communities who have shared their concerns with the use of tarot by non-Romani (particularly white) peoples: tarot is often appropriated and should be engaged with in an ethical and respectful way. Though there have been some differing perspectives—I’ve seen Jewish people claim that tarot is also in their heritage and others claim that tarot as we know it is from other non-Romani people—Romani have been and continue to be marginalised and discriminated against because of their use and contribution to tarot practices. Therefore, theirs is a voice I would like to prioritise in this discussion. Romani peoples have long practiced tarot as a form of divination and are the group of peoples who have been villianized, exploited and criminalized for their use of cartomancy. It is my hope that Fairyloot and its subscribers would not want to contribute to this and perpetuate the continued discrimination and racism against Romani peoples. When people try to make mahjong tiles funky and ‘modernised’, people (rightfully) call the companies out to address their harmful behaviour. I think it’s only fair to pay Romani peoples the same respect. As an alternative, I think regular playing cards would be more respective of all cultures. The beautiful editions of books never disappoint!!! They are the prettiest books on my shelf. Sometimes the items are not exactly useful but the books always make up for it.
