“Overall, I extremely enjoy the products FairyLoot includes in the boxes. The books are always stunning and such good quality. The only problem I’ve had is receiving some diamanté’s items or books in the boxes. If there could be a way to put a fragile sticker or handle with care sticker on the boxes it would help a lot I think. I never want to complain because I know it is not anyone at FairyLoot’s fault and it is just the delivery people/ method. Whenever I have talked to FairyLoot’s customer service, they have always been so sweet and helpful!”

“I love fairyloot!! The only thing I wish is that the shipping from US wear house would be cheaper as in using media mail for the single books we get. Overall I love yalla customer services one of the best!! 4.5 stars!”

“I absolutely love the care and effort the Fairyloot team puts into curating each monthly box. The themes are interesting and not boring, and all the items chosen match the theme perfectly. There are have been some repeat items (such as the tote bags and the bookmarks, but one can never have too many of those lol), but other than that really well done! The small feedback that I have is that some of the books are either a hit or a miss. Understandably, the team can't read the book prior to curating the boxes but perhaps ask the author for a short excerpt of the book to understand the writing and what it's about. Other than that, I love everything about your boxes and your service! Please keep up the good work!”

“The FairyLoot boxes are amazing, each one comes with very good items and a great book! The only thing that makes this 4 stars (I would rate it 4.5 if I could) is that these boxes almost never ship on time. I don’t blame FairyLoot because I understand everything going on with COVID, but I think others should know.”

“I love fairy loot so far. I believe i have had 1 box come with a damaged item that was replaced with no issues, then I had one box where I felt it was not worth the cost, but all others I have been extremely happy with!! The books are always beautiful 😍”

“I LOVE the book customizations they are gorgeous!! Plus the items are amazing as well. The only thing I can recommend is that the book selection could be improved! Fairyloot usually includes popular releases but sometimes some really good obscure titles would be wonderful to get as well”

“I am happy with the items and customization of the books. One thing that I have an issue with and is the reason for one star down is shipping. I’m located in California and the shipping takes very long to get to me. It takes a week to get a shipping label that is moving after waiting days for a shipping label to be created And another week for the package to get to me. I really wish you would use USPS shipping since their package delivery is so much faster. UPS always ends up giving the package to USPS for final delivery anyway. I still haven’t gotten my may box as of today.”

“I've only been subscribed to Fairyloot since January 2021, but I'm currently loving it so far! The books are of good quality, and what I look for in book boxes. The items are great, and I find most of them useful. However, due to delays that are outside of Fairyloots control, the boxes have been getting to me later and later. Otherwise, it's a great YA book box to subscribe to!”

“Love the book selections and customizations but shipping is always slow. Also, the website is not very user friendly (it logs out and exclusive edition sales are a nightmare). Cost - value is there, so that's why I stay”

“Most of the time, I really like all of the products that Fairyloot sends on their boxes. I love their SE books and I believe they have the prettiest out of all bookish boxes. It would be cool to see a bigger diversity of fandoms because sometimes it gets repetitive. It also bothers me that sometimes the shipping to Puerto Rico gets charged as an international country when we are a territory of the US and we mainly use USPS here. But I understand that sometimes there are restrictions. Overall, it's a great bookish company. Keep up the good work!”

“I absolutely love the books I get! The merch sometimes is of bad quality and not always something I enjoy. The shipping/arrival of my boxes (US based) is always really late and near the end of the month each time. :(”

“The boxes have been great and I've loved the book selections that have been sent each month! The only downfall has been the very long wait due to the shipping carriers of choice. Since I live in Canada the wait time can be quite long but this is not necessarily Fairyloot's fault and more has to do with the carrier that was chosen.”

“Fairyloots items are great quality! And I love their special editions! The only thing that keeps me from rating this 5 stars, is the amount of time it takes for you to recieve your boxes/books. I understand they are dependent on other companies and authors and so they have to wait on items themselves, but it just sucks waiting 2 weeks into the next month before you finally see a shipping notification for the previous months box.”

“The books they design are GORGEOUS! Better than anywhere I've seen. The items are usually always a hit and very useful. I love getting my box in the mail with all the goodies and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!”
