“I absolutely love fairyloot boxes! The books that come with them are very beautiful and always a joy to read. The items are also clearly carefully curated to reflect the box - however they can be a little hit and miss in terms of getting items that are useful! Regardless, the box is still a joy to receive and I'm always excited to open it up.”

“I love fairyloot - their books are always beautiful and their items superb. I always look forward to them at the end of the month despite some delays that occurred with some of the boxes due to shipping issues. However they always keep you up to date on what is happening with your box.”

“Fairyloot box day is my favourite day of the month. I love receiving them and think they’re definitely worth the money. The only reason I’ve docked a star is because of the Hermes shipping. This costs more than regular 48hrs shipping and sometimes I’m not getting my box until 5-6 days after it’s been shipped. My box has also arrived damaged and been left outside on my doorstep in a blizzard by Hermes. Luckily nothing has been damaged inside the box and any time I’ve contacted fairyloot directly they’ve been quick to reply and always happy to help if needed. Lose Hermes as the shipping provider and it’s a 5 star review from me.”

“Every interaction I’ve had with the fairies at FairyLoot have been excellent they have gone above and beyond in providing an excellent customer experience. I feel with everything there is always room for improvement so the only reason thus far for not a 5* rating as there have been a few delayed items and a few boxes that have arrived late. But overall great service, love the books 😍 probably all of the most beautiful books in my collection have come from FairyLoot and they are always admired by friends on my bookshelves!”

“I have loved all of the books in the boxes, the redesign of them all is always stunning and the stencilled edges are amazing. The selection of items is always great, there’s always at least a few super useful and cute items. I do wish though that items like the tote bags and blankets weren’t included. For me the designs are too garish and I will never use them. I do think that the value of the box even when I exclude these items is still great but I just wish they didn’t exist because I don’t know what to do with them now and it feels wasteful.”

“Starting off by saying great customer service. In my time with a monthly sub there have been no let down books and overall I really like the boxes although sometimes I do feel a little let down but that’s more because of what I like in a box not because the boxes are bad. One of my only issues (and the reason I’m knocking down a star) is because I feel that the updates often are lacking, like it’ll say on the update page that “the boxes will start to ship on X date and we’ll let you know if they don’t” but it would be nice to have an update saying they’ve shipped / started to ship as well and just overall more updates on your update page (like saying when they’ve shipped / started to ship) etc. Other than that I don’t have any issues and I’m excited for future boxes with you.”

“I love the books and think what you guys do is lovely but maybe sometimes feel like the items that come with the book are a poorer quality than I expected. I would love to have just both the books and I think that would make me feel more willing to continue to get the YA box/book. I have been thinking of maybe giving it up when I haven’t personally enjoyed some of the more cheap feeling items but have carried on due to my love of the books themselves.”

“I love fairyloot! Not everything is my taste, but that happens. But I specially love mugs and stuff that you can use in life! Only thing that not my thing are the 2 monlty targot cards. But the rest love it!”

“The books are always gorgeous and 10/10 the items I have a love hate with but everyone’s taste is different and I guess the have to cater to a wide range of people. My favourite items include the book sleeves and metal bookmarks. I don’t really care for the trinket dishes and I’m a little gutted that’s become a collection.”

“I absolutely love receiving your monthly boxes and finding out what will be in them every time. Sometimes it can be a bit annoying when the tracking link doesn't work or update but I don't think there's something you can do about that.”

“The books have amazing quality finishes and customisations. Some of the books have been a little too much on the lower end of YA for my liking but they have all been good reads. Only some of the items have been fantastic, and I really hope that you can put together an Adult/YA book only sub!”

“Fairyloot boxes do feel quite hit or miss sometimes. The products are always amazing to look at and February’s box in particular I couldn’t fault but unless you are extremely well versed in the YA/Fantasy genre then you definitely end up with a lot of items that you haven’t read the books for. I find that you either love what you get from these boxes or they’re just fine which does sometimes feel disheartening considering how much money you spend. I’ve never had any issues with quality or design of products though it just very much depends on whether or not you are familiar with the books.”
