I found the ordering process simple, and it is good that the site auto calculates the waste percentage to the order. I placed 2 separate orders of the same product, due to a last minute change of plan, which slightly complicated the delivery process, however the online support for this was very good and they merged the 2 orders into 1 delivery and reimbursed us the second delivery charge.
We haven't started laying the product yet, but the process and service so far has been very good, thank you.
