“I only gave 4 because the delivery was not too good. I was told that the lorry would not fit down my street. So he had to bring my order down on a pallet truck. Don't think he was happy & made me feel uncomfortable about it. I can not fault the product. Will be needing more soon”

“I received the free samples very quickly. Ordering the LVF planks was quick and easy as I knew how many packs I needed to replace the ones which were destroyed when my 18 months old flooring was removed due to a leaking pipe under the floorboards.i must say the edge which clicks in breaks off easily. The planks can get scratched too when heavy objects are dragged over them.”

“All very efficient and product arrived on time. There was a small amount of damage to the bottom of the vinyl roll, probably caused in transit.”

“Processing the order has been good but sadly delivery via DHL is shockingly bad in comparison to others. Did not let me know when coming then did not leave in safe place and now waiting another week for redelivery with no way to confirm for them to leave with no signature.”

“Got a response straight away from the order. An email to inform of delivery and it arrived with the courier who was extremely helpful in offloading our order to us. We have just taken the product out and it is of extremely good quality and is beginning to look amazing on my craft room floor. Can’t wait for hubby to finish so that I can move in.”
