“Delivered on time although after having realised we needed another 2 packets of flooring the delivery next time was dearer than the product so made it expensive... nice product though”

“I ordered my flooring on the Monday afternoon via the internet and it was confirmed on the same day and delivered on the Wednesday as requested. The carrier delivered 1 package short, however once reported to FDF, they investigated and called me back straight away with a next day delivery for the missing item. The customer service received was excellent and more importantly their prices were very competitive. I will most certainly shop there again.”

“Very efficient and good quality flooring which was very easy to lay. Only slight issue is the fact they didn't put the flooring in the house when delivered, if they had done it would have been 5-star!”

“Factory Direct Flooring dealt with my order promptly and efficiently. Delivery was delayed at my request, and was then delivered on the day agreed with no problems. Delivery was made in the middle of a thunder storm but the packing was good enough to cope with the horrendous conditions.”

“Clear website, fast delivery of samples. On placing main order I recieved a telephone call within an hour to arrange delivery. Delivered two days after order. When arranging the delivery I had specified that delivery should be between 9am and 5pm as this was the time that a forklift truck would be available. The delivery turned up at 7.30am! The driver was turned away and had to return later. Without this "hiccup" the rating would have been 5 stars!”

“I was very pleased with the way my order was handled. I was only disappointed that I was not called an hour before delivery as had been agreed. It was lucky that I was at home and the driver did not have a wasted journey. Otherwise very happy with the service.”

“The online order process presented some difficulty due to my address being a new build but the staff at the ofice were helpful. I was a bit concerned that a you required a proof of ID even when my payment had completed and cleared with the bank. I have a big concern having had my ID stolen previously. The only other issue I have is delivery I feel while paying for delivery the customer should be offered a better choice for example am or pm not 9 to 5 as it does affect a working day.”

“Flooring was ordered and payed for with no hassle at all. My questions were answered profesionally. Delivery time was as stated over the phone and the helpful delivery driver even stacked them in the garage for me. Overall - a great service - thankyou.”

“The ordering process was easy. The customer liason was good and they explained everything. The flooring was delivered on time. The only negative was that it was delivered at the road side. As an old age pensioner I could not move it myself so had to pay for a young man from my village to move it.”
