“three of the boards had some of the backing missing,we had to sign for the order but you cant check each sealed package when its delivered, also we have one whole pack left over but you had no return policy Regards Val Faulkes”

“The online ordering process was great and so was the delivery time. \nI would have appreciated the delivery being put just inside instead of left outside as it promtly started raining. The large crate would have easily fitted through our double doors and up the one step threshold but the delivery man said he wasn't allowed to put it indoors. It took me half an hour to unload the pallet and carry all the heavy packages inside in the rain. \nApart from that, thank you very much.”

“wish I could have ordered a sample over the phone. Ordering process was good and simple online Was delivered very quickly. There was not the time to check 17 packs of flooring.....something I will have to do when the floor is fitted. The driver did not have the time, and I would not have had the space to unpack all those packs.”

“The payment method was a little frustrating,\nYour website for very easy to follow,\nTelephone assistance was good\nI received the samples very quickly, and they were of a good size.\nYou do not have the full range of Stepper self adheisve plank products which means I am unable to buy from you.”

“Delivery expensive but quick. Goods as yet unpacked but look great. However disappointed with scotia trims as they are made from composite materials. previous scotia I have bought made from wood.\nOverall very satisfied.”

“The level of Customer Support I received throughout was excellent. Peter was extremely helpful each time I called with a query and quickly resolved any problems I had before and after delivery occured. \n\nThe only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the delivery time as I felt I was given an unrealistic lead time for when the floor I wanted would be in stock, just to get me to place the order, and I had to call several times to get updates and reschedule order of work on my property to accommodate.\n\nThis is why I have only given a good rather than excellent rating but I would definitely consider buying from this supplier again due to the excellent customer support received throughout.”

“very quick and efficient service from Factory Direct. The price is very good despite the excellent quality of the product. will definite purchase from them again. \nonly problem for me it is that they only deliver to outside the house, so ladies will definitely need a man at home to help you to take the floors inside- hard work.\n”

“I phoned the shop for advice before I placed my order and they were very helpful. The online ordering process was easy enough and I recieved another call back once I ordered stating the delivery time etc. The only real gripe i had if you could call it that was I was promised a call from the carrier on the day of delivery to confirm delivery times etc which never came. So I was left hanging as to whether the order was being delivered or not. A pet hate of mine I'm afraId! The order was delivered on the day promised so all good there. Overall I would buy from them again as their advice was good and the staff seemed to know their stuff!”

“I find the fact that you are supposed to check the order on delivery ridiculous, as the driver leaves it on a pallett which is wrapped and bound, and the wood is also packed in boxes and wrapped in cellophane so it's impossible to say if it's damaged or not”

“Only ordered samples so far. This was the only one out of eight companies, which I have selected to enquire with, who charged for samples. The pictures of different products on their website remain the same, when selected for inspection (a bigger better quality image would certainly).\nOtherwise, fairly decent and promising.”

“Customer support very helpful when a small order was needed to top up the original. Delivery was as agreed but the manner in which 46 metres of flooring was loaded onto the delivery truck, by forklift, necessitated the whole load to be man handled pack by pack from 5 metres inside the truck entrance point.”

“Yes, satisfied with the customer service level/\nYes, quite simple although the google checkout was a bit confusing.\nWell, not really. For the amount paid on delivery the least we could have was a time boud am or pm. No, phone call prior to delivery as promissed.”
