I have bought Endocare face cream many times but lately, every bottle the pump takes a ridiculous amount of time to eventually get the cream to come out. I won’t be buying this product agsin

The products arrived intact and on time. However, I took your online skin test on February 25th and still awaiting the results. My score in the review reflects the lack of contact with the customer. I would purchase again in the future but not sure about the online consultation that I have been looking forward to.💜

They’re ok but I had a return for a faulty product & they made me go through the whole rigmarole of sending the serum back & delayed my peel prep which was unnecessary.

The products received was perfect, however, i was only informed that an item, that was said to be in stock online and was apparently sold out, after I reached out to you guys myself. As someone that does a lot of online shopping, I want to be informed about my purchases and not seek out information.

Great place to shop online however the DX delivery company were totally useless took around seven attempts to deliver and they would not follow my instructions. Royal Mail no problem with them. Using the regular postman who knows the area and residents well is far better.

I was pleased with the delivery, the products purchased and the price but I wasn't particularly pleased with the advice given. I filled out the online consultation and even went as far as to upload a picture of my face/skin. I was then recommended 4 products plus an additional 7 that I could purchase to enhance my routine but with no explanation as to why. I was hoping of a more meaningful consultation result. e.g Your skin looks like.... and is this type. You have.... We therefore recommend x product to target this... y to moisturise, z to do something else. Instead I was recommended 11 products with no indication as to why these products were particularly suited to me personally.

I was slightly disappointed with my recent purchase on black friday. No free mask which stated on website when spending over £199. I had spent well over that amount. Also no sample sizes of any products which usually get. Just disappointed

Prompt delivery but the packaging was dire - a crumpled cardboard box with some bubble wrap inside and an even more crumpled delivery slip. For an order of over two hundred and fifty quid I'd expect better.

Products are fine and good price. But your delivery currier is a joke. My order took 5 days to leave the country and its still not here (16 days!!). From Germany to Estonia its not really that far.

The oxygèneriez sample card is embarrassing to charge 5£ for the tiny sample size they provide. Agree sample is usually larger than this paying format. You shouldn’t even sell it

Considering I paid extra for next day delivery it didn't arrive till two days later. Also I had to fill out a survey before my order could be processed which I was not aware of. However I did receive my order and it was exactly what I ordered. The packaging was good.

No shipment updates, had to chase for the answer. Eventually product arrived, but delays weren't communicated, which is disappointing, hence three stars only. Room for improvement. Communication is key - so simple. Makes massive difference.

When I called to enquire about the product i wasnt asked to complete consultation - delayed my order - only by a day but never the less. This wasnt good service

As stated on our website, Due to the high concentrations of active ingredients in Environ products, both new and existing customers will need to complete a consultation over the phone or online before an order can be dispatched. This is a procedure set in place by Environ to ensure the correct products are being used and to avoid any adverse reactions. We do however offer lots of different brands on our website which you can purchase without a consultation if you feel as though the Environ consultation has inconvenienced you. Under normal circumstances I would have given a score of good or excellent but the fact that I have handed over all of my personal information including a photo of my face in the hope that by filling out the online skin test I would be sent personalised product recommendations that has not yet been received is very disappointing.
