I have investigated this for you and can see that you selected Standard UK Delivery (2-5 Working Days) upon checkout. Your order was placed on the 23rd October, shipped on the 25th and arrived on the 28th October making this the third working day. We appreciate how important it can be for your skincare to arrive to you quickly, so we would advise to opt for our premium delivery service if you require the item sooner. I am also very sorry to hear that you cannot see much of a difference in your skin after using your new product. However, to see real changes in your skin this generally takes between one to three months of consistent use so we would advise to keep using your product. We don’t rate your website. Never seem to be able to pay and check out. We waste a load of time then have to ring the order in. Certainly a lovely helpful lady then dealt with us.

I was not told the items were unavailable when I ordered, although my money had been cashed. I did not know to find out about my products because there was no contact phone number

However if due to stock shortage it appears to us that we are unlikely to be able to deliver the products within 5 working days of receipt of your order, we will either: - Contact you within the said 5 working day period to agree a revised date for anticipated delivery of the products. - Re-credit any sum/s that have been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the products concerned. A confirmation email will be sent confirming this refund. I have investigated this further for you and can see that all items in your order were delivered successfully within the 3rd working day. This is my third order with Face the Future. Great products and knowledge from customer service. Slow to respond to emails but always very helpful and pleasant. Slow to fulfil order … I am asked to review before receiving my products for the third time. I also placed an order on the same day with another cosmetics company, also fulfilled with Royal Mail and received that a couple of days later.

In regards to your recent correspondence with us I can see that all emails were responded to the same day, and the delivery was attempted on the 10/09 but unfortunately no one was available. Please follow the tracking link sent to rebook delivery for a day that is suitable for yourself, alternatively, you can collect from your local Royal Mail collection point. Good Morning, So sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with your recent experience with ourselves. In terms of the pricing we do offer frequent promotions, discounts and free gifts to give our customers further cost savings where possible and also to try new products, whilst remaining competitive within the market. I can see both a discount code and a full sized Environ free gift were applied to your order, which we hope meant this was more cost effective for yourself. I can see that at the time of checkout you selected 'Free Standard UK Delivery' (2-5 working days) and did contact us in regards to chasing your order, which one of the team advised due to the Bank Holiday and an increase in orders your order would be delivered on the 5th working day quoted. We advise all customers requiring the goods any sooner than the standard quoted to upgrade to our premium delivery option. Once again our apologies you were not completely satisfied with your recent experience, we do aim to fulfil all customer expectations to the best standard and sorry you didn't feel that we met these on this occasion. Pros: Purchased the Skinceutical kit which had Phlrotein CF & the Advanced Brightening UV SPF 50 sunscreen. Website was very easy to navigate and order arrived in about a week. Cons: The Phloretin CF serum was clear and transparent in colour. I've purchased this from many other stockists before and generally it's a yellow colour rather than clear. Concerned it might have been a faulty bottle so emailed customer support team, they've mentioned that they are approved stockists however I'm still concerned about the quality of the bottle I received & its efficacy particularly given it's expensive to purchase

To confirm all of our stock does come directly from Skinceuticals and we can be found on their website as an approved stockist. SkinCeuticals antioxidants are made with patented technology and are known for their superior stability, and the change of colour does not indicate a poor quality product. Any product from clear to amber is normal. It's a good idea to store them in a cool dark place but it won't affect the efficacy. I hope this puts your mind at ease regarding the authenticity of the product, and the efficacy not being affected. I am happy with the face future s product, But recently I did did report a faulty product to the company which I purchased 6 months ago and I only just started using it 2 months ago. This product expired date is until 2024. It’s not what I expected, because the has turned into chucked and I did shake it well before I use it but it doesn’t work. I did report to face the future about it a few times. All I received was that they said I had bought this for 6 months and they could not raise the matter. Because I have previously been using this product ? It was definitely not the same to this recent one that I just opened and reported to them. Ps this is only a honesty review of letting you know and I am not happy at all about the customers service. I will raise this matter to the public website if the customers service still annoying about this matter. Ps let me remind you that that on the product it said you can use the product within a year. I am a regular customer from you. Check it out if you need to . I don’t want this to get any bad reputation about your company. Please let me know. Thank you very much for your help

Dear Phuong, I am so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the experience you have received from Face The Future and that this has not met your expectations. I have investigated this for you and can see that you raised this suspected fault 6 months after your purchase, this meant we were not able to replace or refund your item as the issue was raised outside of our terms and conditions. I can also see that the customer services team advised that this particular SPF product does have beads inside and it does require shaking and leaving to settle for a minute while these disperse. I have been using Face the Future for many years and have always been very pleased with the ordering process and speed of delivery. Unfortunately, my recent Endocare order which was advertised as a "Tensage deal" with pictures of the Tensage cream was the Tensage serum and the Geocream instead of the Tensage cream. While I can see the Geocream is written elsewhere I was not aware of it when ordering and now have 3 pots of Geocream which I do not really want. I think it is important that Face the Future ensures that their adverts. especially for deals, are accurate.

Freebie offers are just a hook in so giving 3stars this time. It’s wrong to buy and then find the hook item is ‘out of stock’. When spending a lot of money on products this feels like cold sales marketing. Can’t fault service though from FtF
