Hi I havent received the goods yet so i cant say much about the product but i am surprised it has taken do long to arrive. Also i signed up in order to get tge 20% off but the code i received wasnt accepted ( i tried a few tines), which was really disappointing and u felt a bit cheated. Lets see when the products arrive. Hello Hinda, We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We have taken a closer look at your order however and can see that it was successfully dispatched on the 2nd August, 2 working days from when we had originally received it. At checkout, our 2-7 working day delivery option was also selected, with the latest delivery date for this being the 9th August. Delivery was attempted on the 7th August, however, Royal Mail advised there was nobody available to accept the parcel itself. In regards to the discount code, this will not have been added due to the items purchased, already being on offer. I have contacted face the future via email to return part of my order and nobody has got back to me. Poor customer service.

The therapist was great the procedure was fine but far too short. All over in 45 mins. Not great value for money.

Good service and fast postage but really annoyingly I always get the promise of discount vouchers which I can never use when I actually go onto the site

I’ve always been pleased with Face The Future. However I had a delivery that didn’t get delivered for weeks. Considering the amount I spend on the two accounts the customer service I received was very poor. I never received the delivery.

Ordering was easy. Came within good time as paid for quicker delivery. The courier was good with the comms. Well packaged. The only thing was, one of the bottles leaked inside the packaging and damaged some of the boxing on the products. Not a major issue.

The box was damaged and half of the product missing. These products aren't cheap. I emailed asking about a replacement but haven't heard back yet. Disappointed.

Product and price very good. Shame you use the shambles of a company that is Evri, will look to buy elsewhere in future if this is your standard delivery company. Courier left parcel in plain site on the door step and made out he attempted to deliver when our CCTV shows he didn’t even knock on the door. It rained later that day and as we didn’t know the parcel was there it got soaked.

Up to now I have been happy to purchase from you. I appreciate the points system and the sample products with the order. However, it is difficult to get through to speak to anyone and sending messages online take days to get a reply. I have been asked to fill in the same form for using Environ 3 times. One of the products I have just received only had a 6 week use by date, there is 12 weeks, at least, supply in the container. I was told to fill in another form and am waiting for a reply.
