Have bought Environ products from you quiet a long time .Very disappointed the products have tremendously gone up order last week have cost £46more that's a big percentage .

I received my order as promptly as usual, ordering is nice and easy. Unfortunately this will be the last time I'll be ordering from yourselves due to another increase in price. After doing a search on my product I can buy it for £10.00 cheaper than Face The Future. This saddens me as I have been ordering from yourselves for a long time now.

I bought some natural bliss sun tan spray I did not look closely but when it arrived it was like a sample size and I am now upset as it was a present and does not look like there is even enough for 1 or 2 uses as I have bought it before and got a full size I expected this kne to be the same It’s nice to receive samples and the body cream was ok

Prompt delivery however i thought the cream will come with the sp50 suncream as it did when i bought the cream for the first time.

I was disappointed due to making inquires regarding treatment before the black Friday deadline, I was not able to get 10% of the product. I have ordered previously from you and my sister has made a few orders from this company. I was also sent a £75.00 wine voucher and I do not drink!

I have taken a look into this for you and can see a consultation was completed on the 26th of November for the Cysera range, this consultation was responded to on the 26th of November at which point a member of the team offered to send you an invoice for payment. Great service, prompt delivery and well packaged product. I am giving a three stars because I could find some of the products I still bought with Face the Future at better price even with the 'promotions' claimed. Also, not quite thrilled with the 'gift' and samples received for quite expensive orders.

Ordered my usual face products and I was given a choice of free gifts, I chose a cream worth £35 and it was a 7g tiny tester so quite disappointed as I am a repeat customer & also spent £135. Delivery was really good too.

Delivery was then attempted on the 25th of august but unfortunately there was no one available to sign for the parcel so this was taken to your local delivery office for re-delivery or collection.
