“Been a customer for about 15 years, started purchasing items via top cash back, once was declined and the second time didn’t appear on my account until I raised a complaint, purchase skinceutical products and a month after there was an offer on, contacted the company and they just said said that’s just how it is, I spend over £300 a time and don’t feel like there is any appreciation of my loyalty so I am going to start shopping around”

“A bit of a mixed bag for the Mystery bundle. A lot of hair products that just aren't relevant for my hair, and not enough skin care products for me to try. Good value to the right person.”

“I have ordered the serum and everything seemed to be alright but I have seen a video on Instagram that La Roche Possay products have called back due to some Suspicious of leading to cancer. I have stopped using them until I have more information.”
