“Received a product which has been used and despite speaking with support to advise some product was missing from bottle etc. I was repeatedly told it was normal to have no seal - which I agreed that was not the issue. The issue is to receive an item with product missing and be used by someone else potentially prior..”

Hi Jenny, We’re so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the experience you have had with ourselves at Face the Future and that this has not met your expectations. We can see you initially contacted us because the product you received didn't have a seal. Our customer service team contacted the brand directly who confirmed that these don't have a seal, you then advised the product didn't look as full as it should, at this point the customer service team sent you a pre-paid label to return this to us so we could send a replacement or issue a refund. We haven't received the product back yet to process this. Please do send this back if you still require our assistance. Kind regards, Face the Future
