“My order was sent to a different address, an address unknown to me, although the person on the phone was kind, she basically said my order was lost and there was nothing they could do. This was very disappointing. I had had a similar problem with an Estée Lauder order the same week and they sent out another package immediately. Very disappointed with Face the Future.”

Hi Dawn, We’re so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the experience you have had with ourselves at Face the Future and that this has not met your expectations. As we previously advised, the parcel was sent to the address provided by yourself at checkout. When an order is placed, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all of the information provided is correct. We can see there was an order confirmation sent to you via email when the order had been placed and the address on there is the one we sent the parcel to. All calls are recorded and you explained that the other parcel you mentioned went missing with the courier, this is a different issue as your parcel hasn't been lost by our courier. If we had been contacted before the parcel had left us we would have been able to update the address but unfortunately we weren't contacted until the parcel had been delivered and at this point we cannot amend this.
