“Only received goods today very fast delivery can't comment on the goods I purchased haven't used I'm hoping they are as good as my friends say but I'm more than happy to give update once used. delivery being a day late was not the fault of FTF it was Royal Mail. Only a day so I'm not complaining thank-you FTF”

“I haven’t received the order yet after 10 days from the purchase date. Reached to the customer service and they said that I have to deal with the shipping company since they have shipped the package and they can’t do much.”

“did not have any update when i have waited so long for dispatching the item unless I called to ask. but the staff is nice and helpful regarding this as well as the flexibility of refunding the difference.”
