“Royal Mail hasn’t delivered my order up to now. It was meant to be delivered for Saturday 30th May. Wasted the whole day expecting the delivery , with delivery time that kept changing until a email was send at 19.54 that this was no longer possible This isn’t the first time this will happen. I notice it took face the future 4working days to ship the order, for a delivery for 2-5days. Not pleased with your delay with shipping or your delivery system. So far no update from Royal Mail when the delivery will be made.”

Your order was placed at 10.19 pm on the Monday evening and was shipped on the Thursday morning at 9.11am, which was the 3rd working day. “Ordered product on a Wednesday evening using easy online service. Received product on Friday morning!!! Via Royal Mail so was kept informed of delivery progress too!
