“Have not received order! Spent over £200. No response from emails. Not great...”

Hi Jenny, Thank you for your review, we have checked and can see that our Customer Service team did respond to your email. The delay in receiving your order was with Royal Mail, they attempted delivery on 2 occasions but there was no answer so your parcel was sent to a local delivery office for collection. We can see that this has now been collected. Kind regards, Face the Future
