“This is the first time I have used face the future. I have moved recently and paying by PayPal I had forgotten to change the address. One telephone the next morning and all was sorted. I had my goods delivered earlier than expected. Well done face the future it’s a shame there are not more companies like yourselves where humans answer the phone. Would definitely recommend this company. Karen”

“Cleansing oil was delivered with a broken nozzle - the packaging was intact so must have been broken from the warehouse. Contacted FTF for a replacement nozzle, completed their damaged item form to be told 4 days later they don’t have any and the item can be returned or replaced or kept with a 10% discount. I cannot use the oil without the nozzle and should have been advised they don’t have replacements 4 days ago. Now I have to return and order again - will definitely be ordering elsewhere from now on.”
