“I haven’t received the order yet after 10 days from the purchase date. Reached to the customer service and they said that I have to deal with the shipping company since they have shipped the package and they can’t do much.”

We have checked through the emails and can see our customer service team have advised we have to wait 10 working days (this is outlined by Royal Mail as the parcel can still move through their network) We have checked the tracking and can see this has now been delivered. “did not have any update when i have waited so long for dispatching the item unless I called to ask. but the staff is nice and helpful regarding this as well as the flexibility of refunding the difference.”

“I love my Manta - this is my second one. I bought the first a good few years ago and have used it daily. It has lasted well but finally was starting to break up. I didnt know if you guys were still around for me to replace it and I got great pleasure from seeing that you are, and that you have grown. Great product - thanks”

“I am disappointed with product This is one of my favourite products but the first time I bought it online The tube was sealed and not used but the cream has little gritty bits in which is not the usual consistency”
