“I’ve been a customer with Face the Future for over 5 years and the reason for my loyalty has been consistency of service and trust in the product’s authenticity. “I've just received my first ever £20 mystery package. I can firmly confirm, It'll definitely be my last! 2 of the products are scalp treatments for dandruff which I don't have. I is baby hair tamer. Again which I don't need. The other 2 are 2 small quantities of different forms of collagen. Which considering you have to take it for months before you know it's suitable, is utterly useless. If fact the only thing I'll actually use is a 50ml tube of sunscreen. Mega disappointed.”

“How can it be possible for you to send me feedback on your products, if my package did not arrive for me it is lost and this store FACE THE FUTURE does not want to take responsibility for the loss of the package and I have to wait more than a month for an uncertain response, unfair to the customer because to this day I do not have my products, my money is lost, the worst option I chose was to bet on you!”
