“I mistakenly ordered the wrong product and emailed customer service within 5–10 minutes to request a change. Unfortunately, I was informed that the order couldn’t be changed but that I could return the item for a refund (with transport costs deducted). I decided to keep the product and gift it to a family member instead, and I reordered the correct item through Amazon. Apart from this, I had no issues at all. The customer service response was very quick, which I appreciated.”
