“I am very impressed with the services of this site. I can believed they delivered earlier than most UK based sites though based in the US. I am giving 4 because I was a little nervous when I bought the product, there wasn't any email which is unusual and when I sent a mail. I didn't get a reply. Besides that excellent delivery. Satisfied”

“Easy to order and delivered on time, however postal reference did not connect on the Post Office web site. Might be a good idea to add a box to add postal delivery instructions such as 'Knock on door'”

“I have been a customer for a few years and the service used to be excellent. This year I was disappointed . I stopped getting any emails with the promotions, blogs, etc, although I am registered. My last order took more than a week, and only after a telephone call to investigate what was happening. Also I would like to see some products other sites offer, and The Face does not... (A. Bader for example)”

“Recieved my order within 7 days, thank you. However you advertise that with every order you send a free sample i thought the fact i ordered environ i would recieve an environ free sample but this is not the case of my 3 orders i only recieved an environ free sample on my first order, the last 2 orders I have been sent a free sample of products i will never purchase or use. It would be really helpful if the customer could choose products to suit them and may be they would then purchase in future.”
