“Too early to comment about the product, however great delivery service, faster than I expected. Also, good products available on this site and better priced than other websites. If put more samples on each purchase, would be so much better for introducing other brands.”

“Arrived very quickly, excellent price but unfortunately I have knocked a star off as the items (which are NOT fragile) were wrapped in plastic bubble wrap.. If an item has to be protected there are alternatives to plastic which can be used.”

“I was charged extra fees which aren't a norm other than the designated delivery fee per order . I reached out to face the future customer that these extra fees are high & suspicious and they are yet to respond. Customer service hasn't being a great experience for me.”

As stated on our website "If goods are being ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes (including VAT) may be incurred once your goods reach their destination. FTF are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard.
