“Customer service refused to help after I accidentally make a mistake with my order. Somehow in the final stage of confirming the order, one of two hand creams dropped out of the basket, which dropped the order below eligibilty for a free gift with purchase. I spotted the error and emailed straightaway (4.55pm) and recieved AI response. Followed up with emails to customer service, who insisted that they could not help as the order had already been dispatched before they saw my email. If I return the order, I will have to pay postage and and they will deduct their postage costs from the refund given. One of the items has leaked slightly in transit. The products are lovely but I will buy them from other suppliers in future as this has not felt like the 'welcome to the family' style service that they claim to offer.”
